Bio

Mr. Schnieber is the Managing Director of Forensics and Cybersecurity at Franklin Data LLC. He is the in-house expert in litigation consulting and support, project supervision and administration, risk management, and trouble shooting for leading, multi-national, Fortune 1000 ® firms. His15 years of project management and 16 years of programmingand database experience have culminated in the realization of substantial cost savings and profit enhancement for clients, and these positive outcomes have undoubtedly contributed to increased, client shareholder wealth. As a talented, technology savvy, and people oriented professional, Ryan has focused on litigation consulting emphasizing electronic discovery and computer forensics. His deep understanding of technology and its appropriate application to problem solving combined with superior leadership qualities and experience translate into solutions of very complex and often convoluted problems. Currently, Ryan has built a global litigation support group which assists United States-based organizations with international offices, seeking foreign language support. In addition, he assists in a globally focused “think tank”, which will direct its attention and considerable technical resources to solving complicated litigation-related issues for multi-national companies. As an extraordinarily gifted and creative IT specialist with extensive experience in delivering litigation technology solutions, Ryan has performed extensive data analysis of state-of- the-art, litigation support technologies from Silicon Valley, Asia, and Australia. He has worked on projects in more than 25 countries including Asia, South America, United Kingdom, Africa, Europe, Russia, and the Middle East, preparing for, and responding to, complex discovery matters spanning across more than 500 corporate entities and 3,000 custodians. Previously, Ryan led the development of one of the first major Electronic Discovery Software tools on the market for Franklin Data. While there, Ryan created an effective Chain-of- Custody procedure for collecting data. These procedures were used successfully worldwide to collect data that were later presented to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Speaking Engagements:
