Bio

Brian Berger is the Executive Vice President of Commercial Cybersecurity for Information
Management Resources, Inc., (IMRI) an industry-leading provider of cybersecurity, technology,
program management, and engineering services for commercial enterprises and government
organizations. Mr. Berger is responsible for executing the strategic vision and technical
initiatives to drive awareness and grow demand for the company’s industry-leading
cybersecurity services in the commercial market, as well as developing new cybersecurity
solutions and services for the company.
Mr. Berger executes the organizational strategy and brand vision for IMRI’s cybersecurity
division, Cytellix, the nation’s premier management consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity
services and solutions that focus on situational awareness, security analytics, and continuous
threat intelligence and monitoring. Mr. Berger evaluates emerging trends and adopts new
cybersecurity products and solutions that enhance Cytellix, the only solution in the industry that
can detect unknown network vulnerabilities to provide complete visibility of the enterprise.
Bringing to IMRI over 28 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing
expertise, Mr. Berger’s professional experience includes business development for IBM; CEO
and co-founder of Cerberus Co.; Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Vice President of Business
Development, and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Wave Systems Corp.;
General Manager, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Product
Management at WhoVision; and Division Manager, District Sales Manager, and Sales Engineer
for NMB Technologies.
Mr. Berger earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge, and has
attended Harvard Business School executive education with emphasis in strategic business
marketing. He has served as the Chairman and Director of the Boar for Trusted Computing
Group. In addition to several sales performance awards, Mr. Berger holds seven patents in
cryptographic technology.
